If your system is installed behind the NAT, then please ensure that HTTPS Port 443 is forwarded in the router before accessing the system.
If you have forwarded different port in router other than configured HTTPS Port of system, then access the system using forwarded IP Address and Port in above format instead of clicking above link.
Example:
If forwarded IP Address is 117.221.x.x and Port is 8080, then access the system using URL https://117.221.x.x:8080
